Bring your Black Friday receipts totaling $200 or more from your shopping on 11/29/2024 to the Fayette Mall table set up outside of Santa's Workshop in Dillard's Court. Once your receipts have been validated, you will receive a Santa Token, used for redeeming a Santa Special Digital Photo Package, valued at $34.99. Only 75 Santa tokens available!

7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. or once all tokens have been claimed.

1 per family. While supplies last. Must be 18+. Receipts must be from purchases made at Fayette Mall stores on 11/29/2024. Redeem at the Santa photo set. Not valid for a reservation. Not valid with any other Santa photo discount offer. Santa tokens must be redeemed between 11/29/24 - 12/6/24. Print photos not included but may be purchased separately.

2. Congrats! You are now entered for a chance to win this week’s Nice List gift card! Six gift cards will be awarded, a total value of $1,000.

3. Six winners will be randomly drawn, one per week of the giveaway dates, and contacted on the Monday after the last date in the entry time period.

The giveaway is open to all legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and DC who are 18+ years of age or older at the time of entry. Void elsewhere and where prohibited. Employees of CBL & Associates Management, Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible (as defined as parents, parents-in-law, children, siblings, and spouse) to enter or win. No purchase necessary to enter.

A random drawing of all entries from the “week” will be conducted after the end of each given week from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Six winners will be randomly drawn, one winner per week. A person may not win more than one week. If the same name is drawn for an additional week, an alternate winner will be drawn for that week. Winners will be notified via text message to the number entered for the giveaway. Winner must pick up prize in person at the mall office 3401 Nicholasville Rd. Ste. 303 during the times of MONDAY THRU FRIDAY FROM 10:00 AM TO 5:00 PM. Prize must be claimed no later than two weeks after being notified of winning.

Value of each gift card follows the schedule: Week 1: $75, November 1 – 7, Week 2: $100, November 8 – 14, Week 3: $150, November 15 – 21, Week 4: $175, November 29 – December 5, Week 5: $200, December 6 – 12, Week 6: $300, December 13 – 23. Prizes may not be exchanged.

In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the prize is unclaimed, prize will be forfeited.
