Our Sales Lead role requires about 25-30 hours/week, and some operations and leadership experience. Most importantly, anyone interested should genuinely enjoy styling clients, and training others. Nights and weekends are required, but not all of them! When we say we value a work-life balance, we are trained and staffed to stand behind that statement.
