• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, hot chocolate, and beverages.
• Operate the register and POS system accurately for sales, orders, and gift transactions.
• Assist in the packaging, labeling, and presentation of chocolates, truffles, and desserts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front and back areas, including display counters, kitchen surfaces, and storage.
• Restock products, ingredients, and packaging materials as needed.
• Support the preparation and fulfillment of catering or custom orders.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive environment.
• Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and product displays.
