Job Overview
The Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them in product selection, and provide information about products and promotions to enhance their shopping experience.
Sales Support: Utilize effective sales techniques to engage customers, promote products, and close sales, including upselling and cross-selling.
Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring compliance with merchandising standards.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels by conducting stock checks, organizing merchandise, and reporting low stock levels to management.
Point of Sale Operations: Operate the cash register accurately, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging feedback and addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or business is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.

Work Environment
